Registration to Özay Günsel Children’s University Fall Term Programmes of the Academic Year of 2019-2020 commences on 5th August 2019 at the entrance of the NEU Faculty of Health Sciences.

Parents wishing to make student registry are required to provide:

• 2 passport size photos of the student
• Photocopy of the student’s identity card/ birth certificate
• Photocopy of the parents’ identity cards

The registration form an all other relevant forms will be completed during registry. Upon completion of registry forms, the parents will be required to make the relevant payment. Subsequently, parents will be required to sign the list stating which issues parents and students need to be cautious about throughout the program. Backpacks specially prepared for the students will be presented on the first day of the program.

he tuition fees stated on the website covers all the program and it includes all materials needed for the laboratories (lab apron, lab glasses, lab gloves, etc.), backpack (t-shirt, cap, stationary, flash drive and name tag), museum and nature trips and snacks and lunch.

There are instalments and loans offered by Near East Bank and Cardplus.

Parents who will not use the service will leave their children to the Faculty of Health Sciences and will also collect them from the Faculty of Health Sciences.

Some of the activities will take place on the campus of the University of Kyrenia. For these activities, students will go to the campus of Kyrenia University. The outdoor excursions and nature activities will take place in the locations about which you will be notified beforehand.

Activities are going to be carried out on the campuses of the Near East University and Kyrenia University, students will be taking the courses in the faculty buildings. For the outdoor excursions and nature activities, you will be notified beforehand about the locations.

At the beginning of the term, special information groups are opened for each group with Whatsapp numbers indicated on the registration forms. All general announcements are made through these groups. In addition, the parents are given the telephone numbers of the assistants responsible for the groups at the beginning of the semester. Parents can contact our assistants during the program days.

Parents who will not use the services can collect their children from the Faculty of Health Sciences at 16:00 at the latest.
