The first and only Children's University of Cyprus, Özay Günsel Children University, which aims to teach by interacting, doing, living and having fun, will now host the Fall Semester education that is conducted online.

Özay Günsel Children University, which implements a different educational program every week, aims to ensure that children have good verbal communication skills and addressing power, orientation, providing an interactive dialogue and supporting the development of leadership skills. For this purpose, online trainings that take place on Saturday every week will be carried out with child presenters.

In this context, the first education program with a children's presenter was carried out by student Akman Tüzünkan. Akman Tüzünkan, who introduced himself at the beginning of the program, made an informative opening speech, explaining the program content of the day to the students. Tüzünkan, later invited Özay Günsel Children University Rector Prof. Dr. Filiz Meriçli to the online presentation. Rector Meriçli who shared information about " 20 November World Children's Day" and "24 November Teachers' Day", talked about her memory with her teacher who influenced her. In the program where Özay Günsel Children University Coordinators also shared their memories about teachers, entertaining dialogues took place between the child presenter Akman Tüzünkan and the students.


6-8 years age of Earth, 9-11 years of Sun and 12-15 years age of Galaxy Group students shared their opinions on "20 November World Children's Day" and 24 November Teachers' Day". The students commemorating the head teacher, the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, told about their memories about their teachers. Students also celebrated their teachers "Teachers Day".

They Learned Numbers in Sign Language ...
Numbers were studied in the Sign Language training, where a different content was included every week. The students learned how to display numbers with sign language, and did exercises. Students reinforced what they learned by dialogue among themselves.

Özay Günsel Children University, which gives a wide place to activities that will attract the attention of children in the fields of science, art and history, organized an online museum tour to Günsel Art Museum to teach its students the importance of museums.
