Özay Günsel Children University, which aims to train its students as individuals who not only know but also practice by doing, experiencing and learning, continued their education this week with applied kitchen and science activities.

6-8 years of age Earth, 9-11 years of age Sun and 12-15 years of age Galaxy group students learned how to make pancakes in the kitchen workshop and make liquid soap at home. The students of the World Group, who held the "Pancake Day" event live, learned the tricks of making pancakes in their kitchens. The aim of the activity was to make children comprehend the sense of quantity, produce, discover their own talents and tastes, and enjoy doing things for others. Attention was also drawn to healthy eating and hygiene in the culinary event.

In the event, it was told students that the areas where food is prepared, cooked and all tools and equipment used in this process should be clean and hygienic. Having fun as little chefs, the students cleaned the materials they used and then served the pancakes they prepared to their families and ate together.

Solar Group students, who conducted the "Fun Mathematics" activity, where many basic skills such as rational thinking, using the acquired information, summarizing, problem solving, were developed, did exercises that improved their math skills under the guidance of Assist.
